- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Creating a positive on boarding experience for new clients.
- Communicating the discrepancy with FORMS submitted to the related RM or Sales Manager
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications.
- EKYC activation of individual clients and verification of documents on scan basis before pre activation.
- Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and professional manner.
- Training and providing overall guidance to Sub-Brokers regarding On-Boarding process of the clients.
- Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.
- Monitoring and Coordinating with CAMS and following up for the Payment process.
- Co-Ordination with vendors and teams for Online On-Boarding of Clients
Client Servicing Manager Requirements:
- Master degree in business administration or an industry-related field.
- Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
