Manager - Client Servicing (3-8 yrs)

- Maintain relationships with executives of client businesses, oversee the agency's account team across all disciplines and develop strategies for clients
- Expand business with existing clients
- Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress
- Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval
- Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client
- Liaison with clients at all levels of hierarchy to meet campaign expectations
- Draft briefs and presentations as per need
- Generate accurate reports and project status notifications
- Expand business with existing clients
- Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients
- Showcase business awareness and identify consumer insights
- Work with other senior managers to pitch for new accounts
- Complete projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets.
- Negotiate with Clients on cost estimation and budget to ensure good results & maximum profitability
- To provide timely feedback to the internal Team and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the concept, design, estimate, etc.
- Act as a single point of contact between the client and the internal team.
- Timely billing and collection of agency fee
