Client Servicing Manager
Responsibilities :
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of projects
- Create a seamless workflow between clients and the execution team.
- Acquire a detailed understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Broaden the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meeting set objectives
- Play pivotal part in generating new sales and creating a long-relationship with clients.
- Prepare reports and dashboards of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and measure client satisfaction via weekly/monthly reports and presentations.
- Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems
- Maintain the trust of the client by resolving issues on timely basis.
Skills :
- Strong communication skills - Oral and Written
- Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
- Data Analytics
- Specialized in Conflict Management and Grievance Handling
- Ability to deliver results under pressure
- Experience in project management
- Multitasking and team player
