Job Summary :
- Responsible for managing and ensuring coordination of activities for smooth delivery of programs signed up with clients. Manage delegate acquisition team for our events
- Oversee and ensure flawless delivery of our programs - Events and digital
- Coordinate with clients to get required details for events / programs they have signed up for including conferences, business meetings, bespoke events and virtual events.
- Drive and manage the audience acquisition team for audience acquisition to the event
- Maintaining and adhering to timelines and reporting to client on the program they have signed up for
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Analyze event performance and prepare metrics to be presented to the client
- Ensure team is adequately prepared and briefed for each event / program
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
- Managing administrative functions linked to ensure specific projects/ programs are delivered efficiently Prerequisites
- Excellent Language skills / email and spoken English
- MS Excel and Powerpoint
