Client Service Manager(Hospitality Domain Hotels or Gambling) Revenue
Job description
The Client Services Manager position is primarily responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities for Organizations customers in order to meet and exceed revenue goals. The job requires a combination of revenue management, account management, and tactical online marketing knowledge. He/She will serve as main point of contact for all the client's needs from relationship building, customer-service and championing the customer's product enhancement requirements.
Responsibilities
- Understand and internalize Organizations products and USPs
- Ensure proper implementation of products for new customer hotels
- Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio hotels.
- Intimately know and educate customer hotels on own destination market trends by key source markets and seasonality.
- Develop, recommend and implement strategic and tactical promotional pricing and packaging activity with customer hotels
- Develop, manage, and generate customized reports providing performance reports for customer hotels
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on customer hotels, individually and collectively toward achieving monthly, quarterly, annual goals.
- Manage delivery of customer requirements by managing customer expectations, intimately understanding and communicating requirements to internal teams, and communicating/training customers of new solutions.
- Provide trainings, supports and feedback to internal team members as needed
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or managerial/supervisory experience in the Hospitality/Gaming or Travel industry
- Strong and proven track record in hospitality revenue management or reservations, or other industry with fixed, perishable inventory
- B2C traffic generation knowledge and experience (SEO, PPC, online advertising, etc.) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with particularly VERY strong knowledge of Excel required
