Manager - Client Service (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Client Service Manager to oversee and strengthen our relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent service delivery, client satisfaction, and the growth of key accounts.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
5. Monitor and analyze client metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations to clients.
7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (1-3 years) in client services, account management, or a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and tools.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
