Manager - Client Relationship/Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
- The goal of client interaction management, often referred to as customer success management, is to make stronger connect with customers in order to meet their needs, make sure they are happy with the items or services that the business offers, and help them overcome any problems.
Responsibility :
- Get client opinions regarding their experience.
- Create connections with critical staff and clients.
- Report grievances and suggestions to the appropriate departments.
- To determine the needs of the client, meet with them.
- Make preparations to meet the needs of your clients' businesses.
- Give clients advice on developing profitable procedures
- Set up regular meetings with clients to check on their satisfaction.
- Assist the sales staff in upselling or cross-selling services and goods
- Make sure the business and the clients follow the conditions of the contract
- Examine rivalry to discover fresh approaches to keep clients.
- Set goals for sales and revenue and make every effort to achieve them.
- To respond to client requests, work with internal teams (such as sales, engineers, and top managers).
Candidate Profile :
- Education : Any Graduate
- Experience : 6 months- 2 Years in Sales and Marketing in BFSI.

- CTC : 3.00 LPA
