Position Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging AI solutions to enhance project management processes and will possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. As a CRM, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Location : Delhi NCR

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the real estate industry.

- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

- Understand clients' project management challenges and offer tailored solutions using our AI-based consultancy services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients' needs and objectives.

- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate or consultancy industry.

- Strong understanding of project management principles and processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organisation.

- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in project management is a plus.

- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
