The Job As a Relationship Manager, you will :
- You will be responsible for relationship management.
- Site visit coordination, assisting your clients through the decision-making process with Negotiation assistance.
- Project recommendation and follow-up communication to foster a long-term relationship both pre and post-sales.
- Seeking referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients.
- Should maintain 6 hour productivity on a daily basis without fail.
Ideal Candidate Key Skills :
- Good ability to convert and close sales opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- In-Depth knowledge about the location/city you have applied for.
- Experience in Pre Sales will be an added advantage
- High levels of passion and ownership
- Have a passion for the real estate market and a hunger for sales
Qualification :
- Education- Any Graduation / MBA degree.
- Experience- 6 Months to 5 Years ( Pure Telesales)
- Working Days: 6 days (Saturday and Sunday working).
