Job Requirement :
- Minimum 4 years of Managerial experience in Handling CRM Team.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Familiarity with Publishing & Newspapers industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
- This role is work from office only.

Your Responsibilities :
- Capable to manage the team of 6 CRE offline and online both.
- Provide proper training to team members and help them to resolve the queries if Escalated.
- Ensure every customer queries should be responded in a time, via calls WhatsApp and emails.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers with the best suitable solution. To engage, retain and improve customer service experience.
- Resolve/Report customer issues by liaising with the internal team.
- Draft responses for different types of customer issues.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Create a report of weekly complaints on calls and social media and reach out to provide permanent assistance.
