- Preferably should have 2 wheeler

Job Description: CRM Level
- Achievement of Business Target as allocated to the BSLI Sales person
- Ensuring engagement with the Dealers / Sales Officers (SO) of HDFC SEC branches allocated to him
- ( between 1-3 branches in area depending on dealers / SO's in branch)
- Regular Visit to Dealer in HDFC SEC Branch and SO/ASM in HDFC Bank Branch in allocated branches
- Update of engagement tracker, LMS etc and closure thru EAPP / Offline as required
- Ensuring adequate leads from Dealers and SO in funnel to achieve daily/weekly/monthly target
- Meeting the prospects and conversions of the same within defined timeframe
- Relationship building, training of HDFC SEC teams, basic Financial understanding
- Ability to understand and use the automated Apps and other modules of BSLI for efficient processing of cases
- Confidence of objection handling, level-headed and assertive personality - fluency in conversation
- Ability to understand Insurance / financial products for conversational purposes and master BSLI products for execution v/s competition
