Job Description :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, assess, and onboard suitable candidates for client projects.
- Monitor the performance of placed candidates and address any issues proactively.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the market.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and market expansion.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Lead negotiations with clients on contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Resolve escalated client issues and complaints regarding resources
