Manager - Client Relationship - Education (3-10 yrs)
Client Relationship Manager
- Identify and win new business accounts through effective account development.
- Engage in solutions and value-based business conversations to influence customers and, ultimately, close sales.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their need.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with internal team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Exceed assigned sales goals and metrics.
- Build relationships with customers through all resources and manage entire sales cycle
- Maintain and leverage accurate customer records within CRM tool.
- Establish a trusted advisor role with accounts by being assertive, present and relevant.
- Provide feedback on pre-sales issues and competitive trends.
- Acquire customer testimonials and references for external publication.
- Increase sales, develop leads, and close opportunities.
- Analyse territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.

- Comfortable selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives
- Teachable, flexible, and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
- Able to demonstrate integrity, drive and natural curiosity

Desired profile :
- 3-10 years of proven work experience in sales in learning /consulting organization
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Ability to pitch, influence, sell Unconventional Leadership products like Executive coaching, workshops,
- Ability to understand people, their behavior, sales cycle, etc.
- An excellent team player and should be able to work and coordinate with team members.
- BS/BA/B.sc/Btech degree or equivalent from leading university
- MBA/PGDM from tier1 institutes will be an advantage
