Manager - Client Relationship - Education (2-7 yrs)
Job Description:
- Following up with clients by Corporate meetings (Inside office premise only) or by Calling.
- Making sales and explaining the potential clients regarding the course.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets of inquiries, admissions, conversion ratios and installment collections.
- Counseling prospective students/Clients on various Corporate Training courses offered by DSIM.
- Giving feedback about the inquiries to the Center Manager.
- Making the inquiry & admission related daily reports
- Telephonic follow ups to the walk-ins after the counseling walk-ins, Sky-Peak counselling, corporate events, corporate meetings, seminars, and webinars
- Talking & Recording references from the inquiries for increasing walk-ins.
- Ensuring the Admission, Course Fee is deposited on time with accounts.
- Mining old inquire for references.
- Achieve the weekly and monthly targets of the business, inquiries, and Admissions.
- Submit daily, weekly & a monthly report on counseling related activities.
- Flexible in working under changing and different work settings.
- Do not need to go outside for meeting clients as it is completely in-house counselling profile.
