Manager - Client Relationship/Digital marketing (5-6 yrs)
As a Customer Relationship Manager specializing in digital marketing, you'll be responsible for overseeing the relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving long-term success. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement- : Lead client engagement efforts, ensuring that our digital marketing services align with the needs and objectives of each client. Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our service offerings to meet client needs.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor the performance of client accounts, tracking key metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts. Analyze data and insights to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Issue Resolution : Act as a escalation point for client issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to address challenges and find solutions in a timely manner. Ensure that clients receive prompt and effective resolution to their issues, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Client Advocacy : Serve as a vocal advocate for clients within the organization, representing their interests and priorities in strategic discussions and decision-making processes. Champion client feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement in our services.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Proven experience in a client-facing role preferably within the digital marketing industry, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels of the organization.
4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
6. Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
