Manager - Client Relationship/Business Development - IT Networking (5-8 yrs)
We are hiring for the position of Client Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager for one of our Client in Kolkata.
Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The ability to communicate well with both Clients and Internal Stakeholders.
- Building good routine working relationships with clients.
- In this role, the CRM should be an excellent communicator who is capable of grasping client needs and brainstorming ways to fulfill them.
- Working to identify or develop upsell opportunities and convert leads to sales.
- Drive Sales Plan and work efficiently to meet them including timely collections.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address Client's needs, feedbacks and resolve issues, if any.
- Analysis of Competition and initiate necessary intervention to retain clients
- Ensure adherence of the contract terms including on time renewal of the Contracts/Agreements.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- We are looking for candidates with very good communication skills and confidence to impress the client with skill and domain knowledge in IT Networking Services/WAN Connectivity Infrastructure Development.
- An experienced client relationship and sales professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a medium to large size organization.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Should be able to handle Sales pressure.
