Manager - Client Relationship - BFSI (4-6 yrs)
Hiring CRM - Client Relationship Manager for a leading banking Insurance company in India.
Job Responsibilities :
Generating leads of corporates requiring pension & gratuity plans.
- Doing thorough mapping of potential clients and effectively prioritizing them and charting the sales strategy/approach
- Building strong interpersonal relationships with key client decision makers (middle/senior management)
- Preparing sales pitches and presenting to CXO level audience incorporates
- Making effective sales presentations based on identified needs of the prospective clients and handling negotiations effectively
- Managing complex sales situations in acquiring new clients and up-sell / cross-sell to existing ones.
Job Function:- Sales, Business Development and consulting
Industry preferred:-
BFSI (Banks, NBFC, Insurance, Investment, Credit Rating), Consulting, ITES, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Media, E-commerce & Education
Candidates Skills & Experience
- MBA from Tier1 / Tier2 institute with graduation in science or commerce (not arts) with 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales (good contacts in HR/Finance is preferable)
- Fresher CA or MBA (Finance) with 1-2 years of sales experience and if having B2B exposure.
- Graduate Engineer with MBA with 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effective targeted pitches
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients which have delivered significant impact in their current/previous firms
PCM score in X should be above 80% & in XII should be above 70% for all candidates
