- Regular interaction with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.

- Coordination with all the stakeholders who are involved in the process for the smooth operation
- Event Management - Planning, Designing, and Curating
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining an accurate record
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service
