Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager to nurture and strengthen relationships with our agency partners. This role will focus on creating long-lasting partnerships, driving agency growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient and seamless service for agency partners.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products and services.
- Analyze agency performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve agency partner issues quickly and effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree is Mandatory
- Minimum 1+ Year Experience in Sales
- Skilled in data analysis and trend identification.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- A life insurance license is preferred.
