Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong connections with our agency partners. The ideal candidate will focus on nurturing long-term partnerships, promoting agency growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Location : Nagaon
Salary Package : 2.20 LPA - 3.20 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to agency partners.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
- Monitor and assess agency performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by agency partners efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory updates.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelors Degree is Mandatory
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience
