Manager - Client Relationship - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Ensuring that consumer objectives for new or modified products and services are clearly determined and expressed in line with desired business outcomes.
- Ensuring that competing stakeholder demands are properly resolved.
- Handling complaints and escalations from stakeholders effectively using a considerate (but formal) approach.
- Monitoring technological and consumer trends that may have an effect on how services are provided and how customers are perceived.
- They make sure customers are informed about the goods or services that satisfy their needs.
- You can anticipate using computers to complete necessary documents in compliance with corporate policies and client demands and concerns. Additionally, client relationship managers collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and management experts. They may occasionally be in charge of managing other teams, creating projections, and meeting those projections.
