Manager - Client Relationship/B2B Sales - Financial Services/Security (4-9 yrs)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B channel by promoting service/ product range to new and existing Clients.
- Cross Selling and Up selling
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients.
- Ensure the existing service contracts are renewed as per existing minimum wages
- Creating database of clients with respect to clients like name, address, email ID, broad line number, and contact.
- Details, birth date, designation, work order and agreement details-start and end date, coordinating with clients and sales department for renewal of Expired Agreement.
- Responding to escalation emails of the clients.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
