Manager - Client Relationship (4-11 yrs)
Major Responsibilities/Activities :
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with target clients that brings in the most income for the company.
- Addressing and resolving clients complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between target clients and internal teams.
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that clients needs are met.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term
- Responsible for Sales & New Client acquisition which involves mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiation and sign up.
- Aggressive prospecting in respective market for prospect clients and maintaining a healthy prospect funnel
- Ability to build /nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation
- Meeting up regularly with Strategic Heads/Business Heads/CXO levels of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and provide staffing solutions accordingly
- Ensuring sign-ups with clients using pricing framework
- Responsible for the complete business development cycle. Tracking of new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolving new models
- Evolving SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes
- Collating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignments.
