Manager - Client Relationship (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop dependable connections with client stakeholders
- Recognize the concerns, issues, and priorities of the client
- Assist clients in defining their issues and jointly developing solutions
- Motivate RFPs and proactive bids for expansion, extensions, and renewals.
- Observe market developments that are pertinent to your client's business and provide innovative concepts and solutions.
- Function as the clients' regular point of contact
- Accountable for growing the backlog, which includes extending and renewing ongoing engagements.
- As the project teams' leader, make sure they are aware of the client environment.
