Their role typically involves :

Customer Data Management :

- Maintaining and organizing customer information in CRM systems to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.

- Customer Communication : Overseeing communication strategies, including emails, phone calls, and social media interactions, to ensure consistent and effective engagement.

- Sales Support : Assisting the sales team by providing customer insights, managing leads, and tracking sales performance.

- Marketing Campaigns : Collaborating with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.

- Customer Service : Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Reporting and Analysis : Generating reports on customer trends, campaign effectiveness, and overall CRM performance to help guide strategic decisions.
