Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.


- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.


- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute customer - retention programs.


- Create and maintain comprehensive customer profiles to better understand their needs and preferences.


- Monitor customer interactions and transactions to ensure a consistent and positive experience.


- Develop and deliver training programs for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.


- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and present findings to senior management.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.


- Strong understanding of CRM software and tools.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.


- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.


- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
