Manager - Client Relationship (0-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and tools.
