Manager/Chief Business Mentor - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (5-10 yrs)
Profile : Manager- Chief Business Mentors (MCBM)
Location : Bangalore, Belgaum, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Guntur & Thrissur
Exp. 5+ Yrs. in Insurance sales preferably from Agency Channel with team size of 3-5 people.
CTC : Up to 7 LPA + Incentives

Job Purpose :
- Recruitment, management and supervision of Chief Business Mentors(CBMs) and Personal Financial Advisors(PFAs) of CBMs to help them in achieving their financial goals and generating business for the Company.
Job Description :
- Recruit, engage and launch CBMs.
- Ensure that CBMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs.
- Ensure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets.
- Ensure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistency.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 5 yrs. exp. in sales of life insurance.
- Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents (MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/Clubs Members).
- Experience in managing and supervising teams of at-least 3 to 5 persons.
- Ability to impart skills on training their PFAs on insurance concepts, products and closure of calls.
