Manager - Channel Sales - Solar Products (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote solar products and services by reaching out to potential customers through cold calls.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through regular communication and product demonstrations.
- Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, sharing expertise to enhance their sales performance.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Provide ongoing customer support by addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and sales processes.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained business growth.
Candidate Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits
