Manager - Channel Sales - Software (5-12 yrs)
Position: Channel Sales Manager
Job Description :
- To develop, service, grow and manage relationships with channel partners
- Maintain the relationship of existing customer accounts, schedule regular visits or meetings with clients within the assigned sales territory
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by management
- Achieve sales targets through resellers/channel partners
- Conduct sales presentation/new product training to our customers to make sure they are aligned with our market strategies and product trend
- Generate revenue, acquire customers, manage tender deals and achieve sales target
- Co-work with Company to approach potential customers and conduct sales/marketing promotion
- Collect information and give feedback to management about market trend, market status
- Keep management informed on daily sales operations by submitting activity and sales reports along with daily, quarterly and annual territory analyses.
- Work closely with internal team to develop brand
- Train the sales teams on the company's offerings
- Recommend product/service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
- Represent company at Industry trade shows
Skills sets required :
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should have very good relationship building skills
- Should be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Have a clear understanding of software sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High degree of self-discipline, self-motivation, and result oriented
- Bachelor's or above degree needed
- Fluent in English.
- 5 years or above Sales/Channel management experience
