Manager - Channel Sales - Networking Firm (4-5 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- To plan and carry out sales activities across all the retail network to manage diverse teams of Retailers.
- To meet sales targets, in accordance with agreed business plans; to drive channel expansion in the assigned territory through scouting and appointing new Retailers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly sales/ revenue and Business generation targets.
- Developing new channel partners and managing team of existing channel partners for improved performance.
- Ensuring partner compliance to the policies of Netgear.
- Generating regular productivity reports and maintaining MIS.
- Providing market information (competition, potential and market data).
- QOQ Productivity review and growth.
- Maintain MIS for channel market.
- Focus on horizontal and vertical growth.
Candidate Profiling:
- Candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience from consumer durables industry, Service sector like switch and Router, Telecom, Personal financial products preferred.
- Applicant must enjoy working in fast-paced environment & be able to thrive under pressure
- Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language
- Possess strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
- Good leadership in cross functional team management.
- Planning, budgeting & churn management.
