Manager - Channel Sales - Kids/Baby Products & Apparels (2-3 yrs)
45%-Driving Results through Account Management:
- Lead account base to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability goals. Exemplify professionalism, integrity and authority
- Exhibits ability to clearly understand, articulate, and apply the overall company wholesale strategy
- Manage product mix, promotions, pricing strategy, etc. to achieve margins specified in sales plans

- Build and maintain strong business relationship with assigned customers that positively impact the business
- Present Company's strategies and products to customers in a structured professional way, face-to-face

- Make frequent visits to customer stores and competition to maintain intimate knowledge of product performance and offerings
20%-Leading, Mentoring and Collaboration:
- Display positive leadership skills across the entire sales/planning teams.
- Take an active role in leading merchant collaboration, proposals, assortment/flow reviews,customer support budget, mgt meetings, and day to day activities
- Strong presentation & communication skills during top to top meetings, sales meetings, etc.
- Ensure close linkage between Carter's customer services and the customer merchant team for orders, shipments, cancels, etc.
- Effectively uses the support of internal partners (planners, sales support, coordinators, customer service, retail marketers, etc.)
Manage the customer support budget for assigned customer account base
- Coordinate co-op marketing opportunities with Marketing and Creative teams
- Be an advocate and agent for change - endeavor to identify opportunities and propose solutions
Required Experience:
- 0-3 Years of sales experience in the apparel industry, preferable children- s
- Any Graduate
- High level of oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical and retail math knowledge
- Computer literate including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of retail fashion industry and/or children's business and ecommerce
- Ability to build solid, productive cross functional relationships/partnerships that positively impact the business
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Exhibits the ability to skillfully overcome obstacles
