Channel Sales Manager
Job Description :
- Define the goals for Channel Managers, On-the-job training of new hires, Independent development planning, performance appraisals and weekly/ monthly reviews
Monitor team performance
- Territory's Yearly & Quarterly business planning (top down with HO and bottom-up from Channel managers and partners)
- Partner business planning execution
- Business plan gap analysis and risk mitigation plan with partners
- MTP /Distributor commercial management
- Drive mentoring and training sessions for top few partners to chalk out their growth path
- Track marketing activities as per the monthly activity plan
- Design the objective and outcome of special programs in the south India ( TN, Kerala, Karnataka, AP, Telangana)
- Create budgets (Monthly & Yearly) and drive monthly activity plans for partners through Channel Managers or Independently
- Conduct consistent review sessions to provide necessary inputs to HO
- Connect with PMM team for Territory specific product enhancement or requirements
- Identify or execute strategic initiatives, liaising with association/large corporates to explore new opportunities
Who are we looking for ?
- Minimum of 10 + years of Experience in Channel & sales development & minimum of 4 years in Channel team handling
- Bachelor's Degree in business/commerce, marketing, accounting, or a related discipline, from a recognized University
- Experience in software selling and value-added engagement-based selling to end customers
- Aspiration to expand our business in South India and build team/partners with the long-term growth mindset
- Good at MS Office ( Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( English )
Language to be Known : Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, ( Any of the two or three)
Language must be known : English & Hindi
