Role & Responsibilities :
- Build the universe of prospective partners; research and develop a deep understanding of the market
- Prospect for, uncover and evaluate new partner business opportunities
- Work with the Senior management to lead the negotiation of any new contracts with partners
- Own and manage existing partner relationships including contract renewals
- Communicate and facilitate understanding of the scope of support and partner expectations
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service & support solutions on a partner level
- Ensure consistent timely resolution of partner issues
- Ensure consistent professional conduct
- Establish cadence to review partner performance, develop action plans and identify emerging issues
- Sending weekly/monthly activity report to the reporting manager
- Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed
- Responsible for special projects as assigned
Requirements :
- Graduate / MBA degree or equivalent
- Proven channel sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
