1.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2.Actively seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, Networking and social media.
3.New client acquisition & participation in exhibitions on behalf of company
4.Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections
5.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
6.Managing team & directing team
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Proficiency in English, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Hands-on experience in sales of ERP software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Degree in Business Administration
