Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance/Bank (1-6 yrs)
Job Description:-
- Manager - Agency will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 sales managers in Agency Channel.
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Training the team on Industry standards with the support of training department of Life Insurance Companies to make sure the team is fully equipped to sell Life Insurance products in the market.
- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
- Agency Growth & Development
- Cascading the channel's strategy and key focus areas for the achievement of set goals.
- Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment training and development of agents.
- Intermediaries Management
- Continuous training to be arranged to increase the productivity of the IMD cross sell.
- Developing a second in line and motivating talent within the channel.
- Identify IMD's based on their business & drive business planning with low performing IMD's.
- Goal achievement & Campaigning
- Ensure reportee focus on movement of existing agents within bands to ensure profitability.
- Conventions and campaigns are communicated and run effectively across zone to boost employee productivity.
Skills :
1.Good communication skills.

3.Well versed with MS Office.
4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.Should be aware of the Local language.
6. Education/Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
7. Years Of Exp :1 to 5 Years
