Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (4-8 yrs)
- Responsibilities:-
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and data targets.
- Develop new channel partners and manage existing Distribution Sales Agents (DSAs).
- Ensure compliance with MHRIL policies.
- Generate productivity reports and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Prepare and meet budgeted financial targets.
- Explore new opportunities while developing existing ones.
- Recruit and train DSA personnel and lead the sales team.
- Provide market insights, including competition and potential opportunities.
- Define sales targets for partners and conduct quarterly reviews.
- Focus on growth by recruiting new DSAs and developing marketing efforts.
- Job Specifications:-
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Channel Sales/Distributor Sales preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the local market and fluency in the local language.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership in cross-functional team management and budgeting.
