Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (3-6 yrs)
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales through channel partners (distributors, resellers, retailers). This role focuses on partner relationships, sales strategy, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage channel partners to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive partner success.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to partners.
- Track and report on partner sales performance and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align channel goals with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
- Minimum Graduate Degree
- Strong relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
