Position: Channel Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur
CTC: 4 to 6 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Experience: 3 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
Age: Min 24 Years - Max 40 Years
Two Wheeler Required
