Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate Business from the open market
- Advisor Activation and training
- Partners with an advisor to ensure adherence to performance standards.
- Recruit and develop quality advisors.
- Manage and Develop the channel network to promote insurance.
Recruitment :
The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors and build up the agency business.
As a Coach :
Develop Life Advisors to make them self dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their career path with Max Life Insurance
As a Leader:
Drive sales for the company through their team of life advisors, motivate their team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- The candidate must be a graduate
- Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Must be between 24-40 years of age
