Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (3-13 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Ensure the Team meets proper training in respective geographical assignments.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Team for the smooth execution of the sales process.
- Ensure the team and own targets are met- new members Onboarding, Target achievement, Business Premium.
Candidate Required:
- Should be Graduate
- With relevant experience of 2-3 prior work experience in the sales field
- Excellent communication skills.
