Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify and on-board new channel partners, building strong relationships.
- Manage and support existing channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions for partners to improve sales performance.

Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in channel sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term partner relationships.
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
