We are looking for result oriented Sales Managers for our one of leading Life Insurance company
Job description
- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
- Improve agent productivity & persistency
- Set and attained sales and earnings goals
- Maintaining positive relationships with both existing and potential consumers
- Creating and organizing a range of sales activities
- Providing direction to the sales team and guiding sales improvement tactics
- Investigating the goods, costs, and marketing strategies of rivals
- Maintaining technical expertise by participating in conferences and seminars
Applicants Requirement:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation in any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain
- Age: 22 to 38 Years
- Strong local network
- Effective communication skill
