Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing a highly motivated team of financial advisors
- Develop awareness and promote the company products to the interested customers
- Build and maintain a healthy relationship with your sales team and customers
- Possess deep knowledge of life insurance products and guide your team
- Identify the financial requirement of the customers and suggest them insurance products accordingly
- You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and statutory regulations
- Managing the Regional Channel Development & Acquisition
- Responsible for Worksite Marketing & Events in the Region
- Closely working with Regional Managers & Branch Managers
- Responsible for lead generations & agent activization
