Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Job Description :
To secure the expansion and retention of the company's business, the key relationship manager is in charge of overseeing and cultivating critical connections with clients. Delivering great customer service and establishing lasting connections with important corporate clients or high net worth individuals are the main priorities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company's customer base through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
- Achieve sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling various insurance products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue for Aviva Life Insurance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing timely support throughout the customer journey.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing superior service, resolving complaints or issues, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance Aviva's competitive position.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as underwriting, claims, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer-related issues effectively.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and documentation.
Requirements :
- Education: A bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in BFSI Sales Previous experience in a client-facing role,
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Insurance Knowledge: A good understanding of life insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Result Orientation: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
