Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Channel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our sales partners, driving revenue through indirect sales channels, and ensuring the growth and success of our channel network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners (distributors, resellers, agents) to expand our sales network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and channel development progress.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
