Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We are looking for proactive and goal-driven Channel Sales Managers to lead recruitment efforts and drive business growth in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential insurance advisors.
- Ensure licensing and monitor activation progress regularly.
- Guide advisors to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets.
- Develop effective sales strategies, optimize team performance, and expand market reach.
- Maintain regular interactions with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries.
- Keep structured records and track sales progress efficiently.
Who Can Apply?
- Qualification: Graduate (Candidates with an operations background will not be considered)
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in Field Sales (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Funds, etc.)
- Age: Upto 38 years
- Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler for fieldwork
