Responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by creating a business strategy that addresses sales, revenue, and spending management.
- Achieving set sales targets.
- Establishing individual sales objectives with the sales staff.
- Tracking sales objectives and reporting outcomes as needed.
- Managing the operations and performance of the sales staff.
- Coordination with marketing for lead generation.
- Your salesmen should be trained on a continual basis.
- Motivating, coaching, and educating your sales force on product expertise is key to their development.
- Promoting the organization and its goods.

Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
- Exceptional communication and sales skills
- Owns a bike and has a valid driving license
