Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
As an Area Sales Officer/Manager, you will be responsible for examining future customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Recognizing new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies
- Set and met sales earnings targets
- Keeping a healthy relationship with the current and new customers
- Designing and planning various sales activities
- Guiding sales improvement strategies and giving guidance to the sales team
- Researching competitors' products, prices, and marketing insights
- Sustaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors
- Must Have Team Handling
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented
