Job Description:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing channel partner relationships to achieve sales targets, foster long-term partnerships, and grow market share. This role requires a strong understanding of our industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to strategize, motivate, and coordinate a diverse network of partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.

- Identify, recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners to expand the network.

- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing channel partners.

- Provide product training and resources to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and selling capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Proven 2 years experience in channel sales or partner management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
