Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
In order to grow our firm, we need a qualified person that creates new market opportunities, sells to them, cultivates relationships with existing clients, and cultivates and maintains new client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Determine business opportunities by assessing prospects and their position in the industry; research and evaluate sales strategies.
- Make connections with prospects, build relationships with them, and recommend things to them to sell.
- Deal with customers or objections as well as negotiate and conclude deals.
- Establish buyer personas
- Achieving monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
- Being present during sales team meetings.
- Gathers summarises, and analyses data to provide reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Team Leader
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Should be Graduated or above
- Should be localized
- 2+ years of sales and marketing or insurance experience
- Increased learning speed and continuously motivated their team
